Darwin’s Natural Pet Products (www.darwinspet.com) is seeking a CRM Specialist to help deepen customer relationships through personalized, effective, and timely email and SMS marketing. You’ll play a key role in managing our CRM efforts to help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention of our subscriber base.

About the Role
As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full suite of marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, and retention through both marketing and transactional communications. The ideal candidate has proven ability to manage and optimize CRM programs end-to-end and partner with internal teams in marketing, operations, customer service, & analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Own CRM execution: Build and manage automated email and SMS flows, campaigns, and A/B tests in Klaviyo that support the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to win-backs and reactivations.
